1. You may not remove the link back to this site on any page that uses a layout you have downloaded from Strength Within. That's why it's called linkware.

2. You may not remove the credits and disclaimer from any site that features a layout you have downloaded from Strength Within. You may move it to a seperate page, but that page must be clearly accessible from the main page.

3. You may not pass off any graphics as your own creation. I worked painstakingly hard on these layouts and am gracious enough to provide them at no monitary cost to you.

4. You may not alter the graphics provided in any way, shape or form or use them in another layout. You may alter the HTML code to suit your needs, provided you do not remove the disclaimer or link back to Strength Within.

5. Layouts are provided for non-commercial personal webites and non-commercial, non-profit fansites. I do not want my work on a commercial or profitting website for legal reasons.

6. Do not use my layouts on a site that promotes porn, adult themes or hate. I don't want my work being associated with such terrible things.
